Job Brief:

We are looking for Associate Quality Assurance Engineer who will be involved throughout the development lifecycle in QA of software development, with an emphasis on development and implementation of test automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviews and validates requirements and technical specifications
• Develops and executes test plans and detailed test cases based on requirements and/or customer conversations
• Documents results; offers observations or improvements after analysis of test results and overall product quality
• Knowledge of basic SQL queries and basic database understanding
• Collaborates with the development team on bug fix verification and validation (regression testing)
• Familiarity with Agile Software Development Methodologies
• A team player and self-starter who will work side by side with the development team
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications and Experience:

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
• Experience required fresh to 1 years.
• Excellent design and programming skills.
• Knowledge of programming languages and process management methodology.
• Knowledge of test methodologies and their corresponding tools.
• Exposure to Behavior Driven Development and experience in programming and testing.
• The ability to recognize risks and errors in an application.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• The ability to keep current with the constantly changing technology industry.
• A passion for testing, development, and design.
