Job Brief
We are looking for a talented and versatile Systems Engineer with strong full-stack development experience and a solid foundation in AI/ML technologies. In this hands-on role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable system architectures, build and deploy full-stack applications, and integrate machine learning models into production environments. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams, bringing both technical depth and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure full-stack systems and applications (frontend, backend, APIs, databases).
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines; monitor system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with data scientists to integrate and deploy machine learning models.
• Develop microservices and RESTful APIs for AI/ML features.
• Optimize system performance for ML workloads (training, inference).
• Support data engineering tasks (ingestion, transformation, storage).
• Ensure high standards in system design, code quality, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system, application, and deployment issues.
• Stay current with emerging technologies in cloud computing, DevOps, full-stack frameworks, and machine learning.

Required Experience & Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or full-stack development.
• Proficiency in frontend (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and backend (Node.js, Python, Java, or Go) technologies.
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience deploying ML models to production (REST APIs, containers, model serving).
• Solid understanding of system architecture, networking, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong DevOps skills including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker).
• Knowledge of data engineering tools (e.g., Airflow, Spark, Kafka).
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Contributions to open-source projects or AI/ML research.
• Good to have Python and Prompt Engineering experience.
