Job Brief
We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn AI/Data Science Intern with a strong interest in Large Language Models (LLMs) and the latest developments in AI. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced data scientists and engineers to build, experiment with, and optimize Large Language Model (LLM) pipelines, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and multi-agent AI workflows. You will contribute to cutting-edge projects, gaining hands-on experience in applying AI to real-world challenges, along with strong mentorship and learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
 - LLM Development and Evaluation:

• Assist in designing, fine-tuning, and evaluating LLMs for text generation, question answering, and dialogue systems.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, connecting LLMs to vector databases for semantic search and building document retrieval and embedding workflows.
• Experiment with open-source models (Hugging Face, Vertex AI embeddings) and identify the best LLM for specific tasks.
• Help optimize LLM pipelines for performance, cost, and latency.

 - Multi-Agent and AI Integration: 

• Help create or maintain multi-agent workflows using LangChain or Google ADK.
• Route tasks between different agents (LLMs, classical ML, data pipelines).
• Assist in testing, debugging, and documenting agent interactions.
• Learn agent orchestration, decision routing, and agent-to-agent communication.
• Understand how AI agents integrate with real-world applications.

 - Collaboration and Learning:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and software engineers, to help integrate AI solutions into various products and services.
• Learn from experienced engineers, receive mentorship, and contribute to AI best practices and standards.

Required Experience & Qualification:
 - Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Sciences, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

 - Skills:

• Strong foundational knowledge of machine learning algorithms and concepts.
• Familiarity with creating a Multi-Agents system using Langchain or Google ADK
• Familiarity with Semantic Search and Vector Databases. (ChromaDB, Weaviate etc)
• Familiarity with SQL Query and Databases (Relational).
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and libraries related to NLP (e.g., Hugging Face, spaCy, NLTK).
• Experience and understanding of LLM architectures, training techniques, and NLP tasks.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
