Job Brief We are seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Engineer (at least 6yrs+ experience) with deep expertise in .NET Framework 4.x and legacy enterprise technologies, paired with modern proficiency in Docker and .NET Core/.NET 6+. This role is ideal for professionals who can straddle both worlds: stabilizing legacy systems while leading their transformation into containerized, modernized platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and refactor enterprise applications built on the .NET Framework 4.x.
Migrate legacy codebases to containerized environments using Docker.
Build and deploy applications using .NET Core / .NET 6+ when modernizing or creating new services.
Collaborate on modernization strategy including splitting monoliths, containerization, and CI/CD adoption.
Create and manage Docker images and orchestrate services in test/stage/prod environments.
Support troubleshooting and performance tuning in legacy and modernized systems.
Collaborate with architecture, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure robust and secure deployments.
Java experience is preferred, and the candidate should be open to working on Java as needed

Hands-on mentor and technical leader in refactoring or migration efforts.
