Job Brief:We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Requirement Engineer with strong experience in both data-driven dashboard projects and web/mobile application development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements for diverse digital products including BI dashboards, data platforms, web applications, and mobile applications.
The role requires a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience in requirement engineering, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders, developers, designers, and data teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:Requirement Gathering & Analysis- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement elicitation sessions
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements
- Perform gap analysis and feasibility assessment
Data & Dashboard Projects- Define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements
- Work on BI dashboards and data visualization requirements
- Prepare data mapping and source-to-target documentation
- Collaborate with data engineers and BI developers
- Validate reports and ensure data accuracy
Web & Mobile Application Projects- Define end-to-end functional requirements for web and mobile applications
- Create user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with UI/UX designers for wireframes and flows
- Ensure usability, responsiveness, and user experience alignment
- Participate in sprint planning and Agile ceremonies
Documentation & Communication- Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, and user story documentation
- Maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- Ensure clarity and consistency in all requirement documents
- Communicate requirements effectively to technical teams
Testing & Validation- Support QA teams in test case creation
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- Validate developed features against requirements
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations
Required Skills & Experience:- 3-6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience in data/dashboard/BI projects
- Hands-on experience in web and mobile application projects
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology
- Experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Knowledge of KPIs, reporting, and data analysis
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
- Good understanding of APIs and system integrations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
